In this edition, we complete the circle in terms of evaluation effectiveness. In our maiden edition, we spoke about the importance of policy, strategy and a competent cadre of evaluators to ensure that the highest standards of evaluation are adhered to, and to guarantee that evaluation adds value at multiple levels, including across government and management. In the second edition, we welcomed the perspectives of senior management vis-à-vis the evaluation function, of which they are among the primary users. This, as we continuously recognize the importance of having an open dialogue to enable evaluations to remain relevant and impactful.
