Cooperation between Russia and China in the field of education
Joint educational programs of Chinese universities and universities of other countries are one of the most important forms of cooperation and exchange in the field of education for the People's Republic of China.
The main purpose of these programs is the use of advanced ideas in the field of education, improvement of teaching methods, creation of new educational materials, generalization of management experience through the introduction of high-quality educational resources.
Research
In addition, universities in Russia and China are implementing joint programs within the framework of a bilateral partnership. Thus, the first university in Kuzbass - Siberian State Industrial University (SibGIU) - signed a cooperation agreement with Wenzhou University (China), one of the best universities in the world.

The state of cooperation in the field of education between the PRC and the Russian Federation
Since the 80s of the last century, after the beginning of the restoration of cooperation with China, the Russian Federation has been paying great attention to the development of cooperation with it in the field of education.
In 1995, an agreement was signed between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the People's Republic of China on Mutual recognition of educational documents and academic degrees, which contributed to the development and deepening of cooperation between the two countries in the field of education.
In 1995, the first program of cooperation in the field of education between the Russian Federation and the People's Republic of China on the Bachelor's degree in Economics and Trade was also approved.
As of March 20, 2015, cooperation between the People's Republic of China and the Russian Federation on joint educational programs is successfully developing.

Student Exchange
Exchange training is a student exchange program, i.e. the temporary transfer of a student to a foreign higher education institution in order to form competencies (parts of competencies) provided for in the basic educational program.
International student exchange programs allow students from different countries to experience life in a new country. History of the University
Liaoning Normal University is a university that is located in a magnificent seaside town in northern China called Dalian. Opened in the 1950s, the institution offers courses in 21 centers.
International experience
This university takes responsibility for the education of international students. The Department of Education has decided that the university may allow foreign first-year students to receive Chinese scholarships from the state. Liaoning is well known for assigning the HSK test exam.

Any foreign student can be accommodated at the university. The hotel provides modern and very comfortable double rooms. The rooms are equipped with Internet, air conditioning, TVs, refrigerators and everything necessary for living and studying.
