Regular flights are operated in accordance with the aircraft movement schedule formed by the carrier and published in the computer database of the aircraft movement schedule.
Charter flights are operated in accordance with the charter transportation plan (schedule)

FLIGHT SCHEDULE
The published aircraft schedule should reflect the following information for each scheduled flight:
departure airport;
destination airport;
the airport(s) located along the transportation route, in which the aircraft landing is provided according to the aircraft movement schedule;
carrier code;
flight number;
days of the week of the flight;
departure time (local);
arrival time (local);
flight execution period;
aircraft type(s).
The aircraft schedule may contain other information.

In the event of a change in the schedule of movement of aircraft, the carrier must take possible measures to inform passengers, shippers with whom a passenger air transportation contract, an air cargo transportation contract has been concluded, about a change in the schedule of movement of aircraft in any available way.

Transportation of passengers, baggage and cargo is carried out between the airports (points) of departure, transfer (stop) and destination specified in the transportation document in the established sequence (hereinafter referred to as the transportation route). The change of the transportation route indicated in the transportation documents may be made by agreement between the carrier and the passenger, the shipper. If the passenger changes the transportation route, the carrier may recalculate the cost of transportation.

The carrier has the right to cancel, delay the flight indicated in the ticket, the waybill, replace the type of aircraft, change the route of transportation if flight safety and/or aviation security conditions require it, as well as at the request of state bodies in accordance with their competence.

Flight delay
In case of a break in transportation due to the fault of the carrier, as well as in case of flight delay, flight cancellation due to adverse meteorological conditions, for technical and other reasons, changes in the route of transportation, the carrier is obliged to arrange the following services for passengers at departure and intermediate points:
provision of mother and child rooms to a passenger with a child under the age of seven;
two phone calls or two e-mail messages while waiting for the departure of the flight for more than two hours;

provision of soft drinks while waiting for the departure of the flight for more than two hours;
providing hot meals while waiting for the departure of the flight for more than four hours and then every six hours - during the day and every eight hours - at night;
accommodation in a hotel while waiting for the departure of a flight for more than eight hours - during the day and more than six hours - at night;

Monetary compensation due to flight cancellation
According to the laws of the Russian Federation, a passenger receives compensation in the amount of 25 rubles for every hour of flight delay. At the same time, the amount of compensation should not exceed half of the ticket price.
If an international flight is cancelled by the airline, the amount of compensation is:
250-600 euros with a delay of three hours;
125-600 euros if the flight was canceled or replaced with another one less than two weeks before departure.
The Montreal Convention applies to international flights. If the airline informed passengers in advance about the delay or cancellation of the flight, then the passenger has two options: to fly on another flight or to refuse the airline's offers and refund the money for the ticket.
