It is both an exciting and challenging time in our industry at present. With a plethora of changes to our industry hitting us faster than Tesla could, I think we can all safely say that it has been a struggle to keep pace, both personally and professionally. The current financial climate compounded by, in some cases, untimely and cost-limiting changes in workplace relations laws, coupled with new industry-specific regulations are making it more difficult than ever to be a business owner and even a sole trader. This issue is about the motivation and inspiration that we find when we come together and unite, not just as an industry, but as humans.
