Dear readers, Welcome back with the new edition of Bistrôt, the Galli Group magazine that aims to interpret our vision of the world, in which we value people, their passions and the technology that helps us live better. This issue is precisely dedicated to the latter two aspects: passions and technology. On the one hand, the why, the purpose, the desire that moves human actions, on the other hand, the technological research and tools that enable us to realize what we are passionate about. This is why we interviewed seven people who have combined technology and passion, from profession to sport, from leisure to charity.
