Welcomes to this years Human Rights Edition of Imbizo Magazine. In this issue, we focus on the laws behind the entertainment industry as we speak to an attorney that deals with entertainment law on a day to day basis. Most artists focus on the creative side of the music industry, now in society it becomes a problem since we live in an era where by the less privileged get to be preyed on. Knowledge is power and as Team Imbizo Mag, we aim to shed light about common artist rights that should be practiced from time to time. South Africa is known around the world for some of the best producers and disc jockeys as it has exported few individuals that are Grammy winners. One of our featured guests on this months edition who is a studio and sound engineer happened to feature on one of the songs that became sound tracks for the movie Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. It is mind blowing that the mixing & mastering of those was touched by a guy from the East Rand (Vosloorus).
