Phil Andrews is the Founding President of 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. - The “100” advocates for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in all aspects of society. He has been named to City and State Magazine Top Power List on Long Island on three separate occasions. Long Island Business News named Mr. Andrews as one of the Top Power Long Islanders for 2021 in a special publication. In 2019 the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Administration named Mr. Andrews as the 2019 Small Business Champion for 14 counties in Downstate, New York which includes New York City, Long Island and the downstate counties of Duchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester.
