This topic is relevant, because at present cinema and video products are gaining popularity among people of all ages. The film industry occupies an essential place in the complex of social communications of not only industrially developed, but also developing countries. Using modern technical achievements, we can watch films of different directors, different countries and in different languages, both with translation and without it.

Practical part
To know for sure how many people think about the translation, we conducted a social survey. It was attended by 30 people. Оnly 6 of them really each time while watching a movie try to find a translation that is closer to the originalone or they see films with subtitles. The other 24 more often watch a movie with translation that they got, completely without thinking about whether the meaning is distorted or not.

Conclusion of research work.
In our school there are students for whom an accurate translation has become a decisive factor. Such pupils are very few, yet the main reason for choosing a translation is the simplicity of its finding.

Conclusion
Almost all the guys in our school wondered if they did not miss the point by watching films with an inaccurate translation. They began to think about revising the films now with subtitles and see if there was any difference. Many students had a genuine surprise- As they were not interested in this issue before, which means that they have learned another reason to study English diligently.
