Capital Letters
A capital letter is used:
To begin a sentence
For days of the week, months and public holidays
For names of people and places
For people’s titles
For nationalities and languages
Note: The personal pronoun I is always a capital letter

To end a sentence that is not a question or an exclamation

To separate words in a list
To separate a non-defining relative clause from the main clause
After certain linking words/phrases

Note: No comma is used, however, when the if-clause follows the main clause
To separate question tags from the rest of the sentence
